Ayam Bakar & Ikan Panggang

The grilled bbq boneless chicken is soft and meaty, with a slightly chewy skin and tastes rather flavourful. The grilled bbq fish is crispy and meaty, and its skin is flavourful with a nice crisp. Both grilled meats have a pleasant sweet taste from the added sweet seasoning sauce and are likeable.

These are served with rice with a flavourful curry sauce added. The meal also insides a side of crunchy and nicely flavoured vegetables, a fried egg, and a dollop of chilli paste. The chilli contains bits of onions and ikan bilis, and is nice. Also, a bowl of decently flavoured soup is provided along with the dish.

Ayam Panggang

The grilled bbq chicken thigh is tender and meaty with a slightly crispy and flavourful skin. It is complimented with a nice sweet tasting sauce. Tastes nice.

Gulai Ayam

The curry chicken is essentially a piece of bbq chicken thigh dipped in curry sauce. It is moist and meaty with pleasant curry flavours. The chicken skin is flavourful with both grilled seasoning flavours as well as curry. It is quite enjoyable.

Ayam Goreng

The fried chicken thigh is juicy and meaty, with a flavourful skin and a nice crispy breaded crust. Not bad.
