Wanton Mee.

Tiong Bahru Chun Fa Wanton Noodle does old school style traditional wanton mee with slices of lean meat char siew served on a plate of tossed noodles using a soya sauce based sesasoning, and a bowl of wanton soup on the side.

The lean meat char siew is firm and meaty with a slightly sweet taste. The wanton is served in a bowl of nice savoury tasting soup. The wanton has a nice flavourful soft meaty filling with a soft skin wrapper. The noodles is tossed in a simple oil and soya sauce seasoning. It is firm and springy, and tastes nice. Comes with some pork lard and some vegetables. Optional chilli sauce and chopped green chilli can be added to the side.

This serving of wanton mee is nice and likeable.
