Roast Duck & Siu Yuk

Wang Fu Roasted Delight serves the usual siu mei roasted meats. Above is their roast duck and siu yuk rice. The roasted meats are served with white rice and a bowl of soup.

The roast duck is moist and meaty with juicy and flavourful skin. The savoury tasting siu yuk is soft and meaty with nice crispy skin. Both are nice and likeable.

The plain white rice has a nice firm texture with a slightly sweet braised sauce added. As for as I can tell, the soup is cooked using pork ribs, vegetables and carrots. It is flavourful with a hint of sweetness. The chilli paste has nice dried shrimp flavourings.

This serving of roast duck and siu yuk is enjoyable.

Roast Chicken & Char Siew

The roast chicken is moist and meaty with a skin that is somewhat dry, but tastes rather decent. Fatty char siew is requested. Its soft fatty parts are really soft and feels almost melting in mouth, and there are some soft meaty parts too. The char siew has a nice sweet taste and is really likeable.

These comes served on a plate of firm and flavourful rice. A bowl of soup and a garlicky tasting chilli sauce is provided on the side.

This plate of roast chicken and char siew rice is likeable.

Wanton Mee

Wang Fu Roasted Delight also serves wanton mee. The char siew is soft and meaty with some fatty parts and a nice sweet taste. The wanton has soft skin with a savoury tasting soft meaty filling. The noodles is tossed in a sweet tasting seasoning. It is firm and springy. Comes with some vegetables and a dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste on the side. Nice.
