Wanton Mee

The signature wanton mee comes with slices of char siew, boiled wanton and fish tau kee served on a plate of tossed noodles. A bowl of soup is provided on the side.

The char siew is firm and meaty with a nice sweet taste. The wanton has soft skin with a meaty filling. The fish tau kee is savoury tasting and springy with nice taste of tau kee.

The tossed noodles is fairly firm and springy with a slightly sweet tasting seasoning sauce. It comes with some vegetables and crispy pork lard. Served on the side is a bowl of savoury tasting salted vegetables soup.

This serving of wanton mee is rather likeable.

Char Siew & Siu Yuk

The usual selection of siu mei roasted meats is available as well with either rice or noodles. Above is their char siew and siu yuk served with rice.

The char siew is firm and meaty with some soft fatty parts, and it has a nice sweet taste. The siu yuk, likewise is firm and meaty and has a crispy skin. It has savoury flavours with hints of smokiness. Nice.

The meat slices are served on a plate of white rice with a slightly sweet tasting braised sauce added. A bowl of savoury tasting salted vegetables soup is provided on the side, and an optional dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste.

This plate of char siew and siu yuk rice is nice. I like it.

Roast Duck

Roast duck is available as well with either rice or noodles. Seen above is their roast duck noodles, which comes with slices of boneless duck meat and fish tau kee. The duck is firm and meaty with a slightly crispy flavourful skin. Not bad.
