Cai Png

Tong Luck Mixed Veg Rice serves cai png with a wide selection of mains and sides. As seen in the dish above, the offerings chosen are: curry pork slices, spicy mala tofu and ikan bilis peanuts. These are all served on a plate of rice with some curry sauce added.

The curry pork slices are firm and meaty, with a flavourful curry seasong and bits of onion. The spicy mala tofu features cubes of soft egg tofu and some minced meat in a spicy with a hint of mala flavour. The ikan bilis and peanuts are mildly spicy and mildly sweet, with crispy ikan bilis and crunchy peanuts. These are served with rice with some curry sauce added.
