Thai Sauce Deep Fried Chicken Rice

The thai sauce deep fried chicken rice features pieces of flavourful, meaty chicken meat with a slightly crispy coating. Its skin is crispy and well seasoned. It is topped with a sweet tasting thai chilli sauce. A fried egg with soft yolk and crispy whites accompanies the rice. Not bad.

Sweet Sour Pork Rice

The sweet sour pork rice comes with crispy deep fried battered pork pieces with covered with a nicely flavoured sauce and a slightly sweet taste. The sauce includes bits of onions and cucumber slices. The rice is served with a fried egg that has a runny yolk and crispy whites. Likeable.

Chilli Crab Fried Fish Rice

The fried fish has a nice crispy fried batter that envelopes soft fish meat. A spicy and sweet chilli crab sauce that is starchy with slivers of egg is added on to it. The dish comes with a fried egg with soft yolk and crispy whites. Tastes nice.

Fried Rice

Several types of fried rice are available. The tomato fried rice, seen above, comes with bits of onions, tomato, chicken meat and prawns. The ingredients wok fried together with rice and egg. The chicken is soft and meaty with tomato flavours. The prawns are decent size and taste decent. The fried rice is moist and lumpy, but has rather nice tomato flavours. This is just ok.

Hor Fun

There are a few choices of hor fun available. The dry fried beef hor fun, seen above, comes with slices of firm and meaty beef with nice seasoning flavours. The hor fun is wok fried with some bean sprouts, vegetables and egg added. It is flavourful with a hint of wok hei. I like it.

Fried Dong Fen

The fried dong fen is springy and has a nice dry texture. It is wok fried with some bean sprouts, vegetables, onions and egg. The dish includes bits of crab stick bits and chicken meat. A piece of green lime is served on the side. It tastes rather likeable.

Mee Goreng

The mee goreng has firm and springy yellow noodles that is wok fried with some bean sprouts, vegetables, onions, chopped chilli and egg. Fish cake slices., tiny crab stick bits and prawns are part of the dish. The mee goreng is flavourful with hint of ketchup and mild wok hei. It is nice!
