The meatball is firm yet soft with nice meaty flavours. The fishball is soft, smooth and springy with nice savoury tastes. The minced meat likewise is soft with nice flavours. They are quite likeable.

A bowl of noodles is served separately. This bowl of you mian is tossed in vinegar and chilli and topped with chopped spring onions. It has a dry texture, is firm and springy with nice flavourings. It is nice.
