Fishball Noodles

DaDiMeng Fishery does handmade fishballs, meatballs and fish cake served with choice of noodles. Above is with mee kia chosen.

The handmade fishball is really soft and smooth. The handmade fish cake is soft, smooth and springy. Both the fishball and fish cake has nice fish flavours. As for the handmade meatball, it contains tiny bits of carrot, spring onions and chilli. It is soft and springy and has nice flavours. These are served in a bowl of fish flavoured soup. All 3 are very likeable, especially their fishball. It is good!

The mee kia has a nice dry texture and nice seasoning flavours. It is topped with plentiful of crispy pork lard and fried shallots. Nice!

This fishball noodles has pretty hearty servings and tastes good. I like it!
