Mini Wok

This mini wok comes with fishballs, meatballs, fish roll, pork slices, minced meat, a raw egg, vegetables and seaweed. It is served with choice of noodles and mee kia is chosen for this.

The fishball is soft and smooth with nice fish flavours. The meatball is soft and spingy with nice meaty taste. The fish roll is springy with nice taste of tau kee. The pork slice is firm and meaty and the minced pork is soft and meaty. The soup has nice savoury flavours and comes with a raw egg that is cooked in its heat.

As for the mee kia, it is tossed with pork lard and a decent tasting seasoning with a hint of ketchup. The noodles is fairly firm and springy. Rather nice.
