Curry Rice

Lao Di Fang Scissors Cut Curry Rice serves curry rice with a few mains and sides to choose from. Above is their pork cutlet, bean sprouts, fried egg and a side of fried prawns.

The deep fried pork cutletis the thicker meaty type. It has a nice crispy breaded crust and nice seasoning flavours. The fried prawn has a thick batter, that is slightly crispy, wrapping a piece of whole prawn. The decent tasting bean sprouts is crunchy and comes with some long beans, chilli and onion bits. The fried egg has a soft cooked yolk and crispy whites. As for the curry, it has decent flavours with a mild note of spiciness.

This plate of curry rice tastes rather decent.
