Beef Noodle

Thaksin Beef Noodle serves beef noodles with choice of yellow noodles, mee hoon or kway teow. Above is with kway teow chosen. It comes with large chunks of soft and tender beef meat. The kway teow is fairly smooth and comes with some vegetables and bean sprouts. Its soup is quite nicely flavoured too. Not bad.

Phad Thai

This phad thai comes with either beef or without. Above is the option with beef added.

The phad thai has a nice fragrant scent. It has a slightly spicy taste with nice smokiness of wok hei. It comes with egg, bean sprouts, spring onions. The piece of chunky beef is soft, tender and meaty with nice savoury tastes. Some grated peanuts and a piece of green lime is provided on the side. An optional spicy dry chilli flakes is available as well. Very likeable.

Fried Rice

Just like their phad thai, this fried rice has a fragrant scent and nice dry texture. It is flavourful with mild spicy tastes containing smokiness of wok hei. It comes with egg, bean sprouts, spring onions. The chunky pieces of beef is soft, meaty and flavourful. This serving of fried rice with beef is good too. I like it!
