Chicken Cutlet Rice

The chicken cutlet rice is available with various sauces. Above is with curry sauce chosen. The chicken cutlet is meaty and has a slightly crispy crust. The curry sauce is fairly thick with a spicy and slightly salty taste. The rice is fairly firm and flavourful. Decent.

Sambal Fish Rice

The fried fish fillet has soft meat with a nice crispy batter. Some spicy sambal chilli is added on to it. The rice is fairy firm and flavourful. The fried egg is an extra add-on with soft yolk and slightly crispy whites. Quite likeable.

Pattaya Fried Rice

The pattaya fried rice has a chicken fried rice wrapped in an egg omelette and topped with sweet chilli sauce. The fried rice is firm and flavourful. It contains some chunky chicken meat, egg, chopped onion and mixed vegetables. Not bad.

Chicken Cutlet Fried Rice

The fried rice comes with egg, mixed beans, chopped spring onions and fried shallots. It is a bit soft and has strong soya sauce flavours, which is a bit overpowering for me. Just ok.

The decently flavoured fried chicken cutlet is soft and meaty with a crispy breaded crust. Decent.

Mee Goreng Seafood

The mee goreng is available with chicken, seafood or beef. Above is their mee goreng seafood which comes with prawns, sotong, fish cake and crab stick. The yellow noodles is wok fried using a soya sauce and ketchup flavoured seasoning with a tint of spiciness. The noodles has a moist texture, is firm and springy and comes with some vegetables.

The prawn is of decent size and taste decent. The sotong is firm and springy, and the fish cake is soft and springy too. The crab stick is the regular supermarket type.

This serving of mee goreng seafood tastes rather decent.

Hor Fun Beef

The hor fun is available in chicken, seafood or beef. Above is their hor fun beef. The wok fried hor fun is decently smooth and springy. A watery and savoury sauce with flavours of soya sauce is added. It comes with silvers of egg, some vegetables and beef slices. The beef is firm, chewy and meaty. Tastes just ok.
