Meatball & Fishball Noodles

Ah Ma Chi Mian does an assortment of handmade teochew fishballs and meatballs noodles. Seen here is their minced meat and meatballs noodles with extra fishballs added.

The minced meat, meatballs and fishballs are served in a bowl of light savoury tasting soup with some vegetables and topped with some chopped spring onions. The meatball is firm yet soft with nice meaty flavours. The fishball is soft, smooth and springy with nice savoury tastes. The minced meat likewise is soft with nice flavours. They are quite likeable.

A bowl of noodles is served separately. This bowl of you mian is tossed in vinegar and chilli and topped with chopped spring onions. It has a dry texture, is firm and springy with nice flavourings. It is nice.
