Hainanese Chicken, Roast Chicken & Char Siew Chicken

Fitra Chicken Rice offers a selection of hainanese chicken, roast chicken and char siew chicken served with rice.

The hainanese chicken is moist and meaty, but unfortunately my serving didn’t come with skin, hence I am unable to comment on how it is. The roast chicken, on the other hand, comes with a decently flavourful skin attached and its meat is moist and meaty. The char siew chicken is soft and meaty with a sweet taste. Surprisingly, the char siew chicken tastes quite nice.

The serving of rice is firm and flavourful, and the soup has decent flavours. Optional sauces include minced ginger sauce and garlicky chilli sauce, which pair rather well with the various chicken meats.

Overall, this serving of chicken rice is decent.
