Prawn Mee

Loyang Way Big Prawn Noodles serves prawn mee with the usual options of noodles in soup or dry versions. Shown here is with yellow noodles in soup.

This prawn noodles comes with just prawns and pork slices with yellow noodles and bean sprouts soaked in a bowl of soup, and topped with fried shallots and lard. The prawns are sliced into halves and of a decent size. The pork slices are very soft and tender. The noodles are quite springy too. The soup has very nice flavours of prawns and a light peppery taste. The added lard is a very nice touch in my opinion. This is definitely a nice tasty bowl of prawn mee. Good.
