The roast duck is firm and meaty with a nice juicy skin. The requested char siew is the fatty ones. It is meaty with nice soft fatty parts, and the sweet tasting caramelised parts is good! The mildly savoury tasting siu yuk is firm and meaty with a nice crispy skin. Both their char siew and siu yuk are good!

These assortment of roast meats are serv swed on a plate of plain white rice with a slightly sweet tasting braised sauce added. A bowl of nicely flavoured pork ribs soup containing small bits of soft and meaty pork ribs is provided. A dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste is also available.

This plate of roast duck, char siew and siu yuk rice is truly enjoyable!

Roast Chicken

Roast chicken is available as an option too. The roast chicken has fairly smooth meat that is firm and meaty. Its skin is decently flavoured and still mildly crispy. The slices of chicken are not completely deboned though. These are served on a plate of firm and flavourful rice. A bowl of savoury tasting salted vegetable soup is provided this time. Served on the side, too, is an optional garlicky tasting chilli sauce.

This serving of roast chicken rice is decently nice.
