is a very popular chain store from Fukuoka that is world famous for its tonkotsu ramen. Very flavourful and good!
Ajitama Chashu Ramen
This is their best seller ramen that comes with thin slices of chashu, ajitama tamago with ramen in a tasty tonkotsu broth and springy ramen. You have a choice of having your ramen cooked softer, normal or firmer. The thin char siu slices are soft and meaty, and the ajitama has nice savoury flavours. Topped with chopped spring onions and fugus. This tonkotsu ramen is tasty! Good!
Gyoza
This gyoza is bite-size with a crispy skin and a very soft and flavourful pork filling. Nice savoury flavours with a small dollop of spicy and savoury chilli sauce on the side. This gyoza is good and recommended add-on.
