Char Siew and Roast Pork

The unique selling point for Lau Phua Chay Authentic Roasted Delicacies is its dark sauce, which has a sweet char siew taste. The sauce mixed with white rice is decently good. However the char siew and roast pork are a huge disappointment. The char siew is way too lean and dry. The roast pork is slightly better with a bit of fat and a crispy skin, but just averagely good. Definitely not one that I would rave about. It is not lousy, but it is not good either. At most, this is average. Seriously way overrated and there are much better ones around.
