Authentic Teochew Tradition Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle serves their signature mushroom minced meat noodles containing slices of braised mushrooms, pork slices, minced meat, fishball, dumplings, prawn and dried fish, with a choice of noodles and a small bowl of soup.

The braised mushroom slices are soft with savoury braised flavours. Both the pork slices and minced meat are soft and meaty. The fishball is soft, smooth and springy with a nice fish taste. The dumplings have a soft skin wrapping a soft meaty filling with a pleasant savoury taste. The prawn is rather large in size and tastes fresh, and the dried fish is crispy. The tossed mee kia noodles is firm and springy with a nicely flavoured vinegar seasoning, and comes with some crispy pork lard. A small bowl of flavourful soup is provided on the side.

This serving of mushroom minced meat mee kia tastes good, and is enjoyable!
