Fishball Minced Meat Noodles

Toa Payoh Fishball Minced Meat Noodle Laksa offers a variety of fishball and minced meat noodles. Above is their fishball minced meat mee pok with added fish dumplings.

The fishball is really soft and smooth with nice fish flavours. The fish cake is soft and smooth too and has nice fish flavours as well. The fish dumpling is rather smooth with decent flavours. The minced pork is soft and meaty. These are served in a bowl of nicely flavoured soup and topped with some chopped spring onions. The fishball is nice.

The tossed noodles is served in a separate bowl. The mee pok is firm and springy. It has nice savoury tasting seasoning flavours and tossed with some crispy pork lard. It is served topped with some chopped spring onions. Not bad.
