Fried Hokkien Mee

The fried hokkien mee is the wet type with a broth soaking the mixture of yellow noodles and thick mee hoon. The yellow noodles and thick mee hoon is wok fried with egg and some spring onions, and simmered in a broth. Comes with fish cake, prawns and cuttlefish instead of the usual squid.

The fish cake is soft and smooth, the cuttlefish is soft and the prawns tastes decent. As for the fried hokkien mee itself, it is rather springy and has decent flavourings. Comes served with a slightly sweet and savoury tasting chilli paste and a piece of green lime.

This fried hokkien mee is decent.

Fried Kway Teow

This fried kway teow comes with see hum, prawns lap cheong and fish cake. A mixture of kway teow and some yellow noodles is wok fried with bean sprouts, pork lard and egg.

The see hum is smallish in size but tastes alright. The prawn as well, tastes decent. The lap cheong is firm and sweet, and the fish cake is soft and smooth with fish flavours. As for the fried kway teow itself, it is fairly smooth with a tint of sweetness from the added sweet black sauce. Tastes decent.

Fried Oyster Omelette

The fried oyster omelette has a soft mixture of egg and starch that is not crispy and tastes a bit bland. However, the oysters are quite plump and juicy. Comes with a limey tasting chilli dip with a faint note of sweet on the side. This tastes just OK.
