Prawn Mee

SG Prawn Noodle serves a small selection of prawn mee. As their big prawn noodles is sold out for the day, above is their regular prawn mee soup. It comes with smallish size prawns, pork slices and fish cake slices served with yellow noodles and bean sprouts in a bowl of prawn soup.

The prawn is smallish size but tastes fairly fresh. The pork slices is soft and meaty, and the fish cake is smooth and springy with nice fish flavours. The yellow noodles is quite firm and springy, and comes with some crunchy bean sprouts. As for its soup, it is tasty and flavourful with a nice note of sweetness. It is good! The prawn mee comes topped with some fried shallots and crispy pork lard.

This bowl of prawn mee is definitely enjoyable. I quite like it.
